Technician/Plant Operator

This team member will be trained in the Water Business. If Water is important to you and you would like to be responsible for servicing our residential and commercial customers, providing repair or new installation of equipment that result in the best water possible for all customers and/or be responsible for the operation of our Bottling or Deionization process, then we may have the career change that is right for you. Our Technicians gain knowledge of our water treatment systems allowing them to respond to customer calls in the most professional manner. Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Operation of our Water Bottling Plant
  • Operation of our high purity water equipment – Deionization Plant
  • Responsible for all aspects of service including troubleshooting and repair of water treatment equipment in residential and/or commercial venues.
  • Responsible for assisting customers with information regarding the value of upgrading equipment or with information for the first-time purchaser of water conditioning equipment.
  • Responsible for the delivery of excellence in customer service, always.

Qualifications

  • Interest in a career in water treatment
  • Ability to plan, layout, organize and execute work with minimum or no supervision
  • Proficient with tools and repair work, mechanically inclined
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 60lbs
  • Must have a good driving record to drive a company vehicle

Pure Water Works is willing to Train you in the Water Treatment Industry

Candidates are subject to pre-employment testing up to and including drug/alcohol screening, background check, motor vehicle record check, chauffeurs license, and D.O.T. physical, as applicable.

Route Driver

Job Description:

Pure Water Works, provider of residential and commercial water treatment solutions, is seeking a Route Driver.

Driver responsibilities include:

  • Loading, transporting, and delivering product to businesses and residential homes in a safe and timely manner
  • Accountability for reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and charges are correct
  • Contacting customers regarding any route changes
  • Collecting payment from some customers
  • Courteous and safe driver
  • Exceed customer expectations – ALWAYS
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds repetitively in the delivery of salt and water

Requires chauffeur license, MDOT medical card, MVR, or these can be secured in the first 90 days of employment. Occasional Saturday hours.

Service & Installation Technician

Job Description:

Pure Water Works, seeks a Sales, Service/Installation Technician to join our team.  This team member is responsible for servicing our residential and commercial customers, providing repair or new installation of equipment that result in the best water possible for all customers.   The Technicians will gain knowledge of our water treatment systems allowing them to respond to a sales call in the most professional manner. This team member must reflect and represent always, our core values (Team, Accountability, Expertise, Preparedness, and Communication).

  • Interest in a career in water treatment and sales

  • 1-2 years of service installation and/or equipment repair preferred
  • Water softener installation and/or plumbing experience is a plus!
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 60lbs
  • Must have a good driving record to drive a company vehicle
